Sunset Village manufactured homes park is a multi-generational community in the heart of the city of Norton.  We are centrally located to everything you need-walking distance to shops, restaurants, schools and all transportation systems. Park Management  strives to provide a friendly, SAFE, aesthetically beautiful community that promotes our motto of ‘BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR.’  We sponsor holiday events and a lively summer BBQ for our all tenants and their children . Management writes an informative monthly newsletter to keep our tenants abreast of upcoming events and important issues that affect the community.

Sunset Village is located in Summit County which is the Top Blue Ribbon school district that services our community.  Management is committed to providing a safe environment for all our members by requiring background checks for all potential tenants.
